Shipping policy

We ship from the UK. Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the order. We offer economy and standard shipping service. The cost of the delivery charge is shown in the charts below. Orders are processed 1 to 3 working days.

Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered when placing the order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit the order.

Please note, shipping parcels from the UK to certain countries, there might be VAT, customs, import duty & other handling fees which the customer might have to pay for. The customs in the customers country might not release the parcel for delivery until they have received payment by the customer. Before placing the order, it is the customers responsibility to determine if they have to pay anything to customs in their country.
