Shipping policy

We ship from the UK. Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the order. We offer economy and standard shipping service. The cost of the delivery charge is shown in the charts below. Orders are processed 1 to 3 working days.

Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered when placing the order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit the order.

Please note, shipping parcels from the UK to certain countries like EU countries, there might be VAT, customs, import duty & other handling fees which the customer might have to pay for. Delivery might be delayed as customs in the customers country might not release the parcel for delivery until they have received payment by the customer. Before placing the order, it is the customers responsibility to determine if they have to pay anything to customs in their country.

UK standard shipping (for next day delivery, order before 10am)

USA economy (2 to 12 weeks) Temporarily suspended due to new tariff rules in USA.

USA standard (4 to 7 working days). Please note there is a temporary suspension of parcels over 2Kg to USA due to new tariff rules in USA. Tariff and import duty charges will most probably apply to all parcels sent to USA.

Zone 2 (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Ireland) standard (4 to 7 working days)

Zone 3 (Spain, Portugal, Poland, Italy) standard (4 to 7 workings days)

All other locations not covered by above, economy (2 to 12 weeks)
